I love feeling invigorated and saying "Ahhh" after taking a sip from a refreshing drink. There are only two drinks that can make me feel this way: an ice cold glass of water and this mojito mocktail drink I'm sharing with you today!

Mojitos are a popular drink - they're light with a bit of zest, who wouldn't want to drink that?? For the days when I forego alcohol, I like to have this mojito mocktail drink instead. I still get the refreshing taste, but no side effects from the alcohol! Plus, with my secret ingredient that I add in there (can you spot it in the picture below?), you'll get a boost of vitamins, antioxidants and electrolytes.

Here's what you'll need:

Step 1. First, you'll need to cut the lime into wedges. You'll need four wedges total for 1 drink (equal to half of a lime). Add in two lime wedges and a few leaves of mint into your cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to release the flavors of the lime and mint.

Step 2. Repeat step 1, but add in fresh raspberries and a cube of sugar in addition to the limes and mint leaves. I love throwing a little bit of fruit into my mixed drinks because it adds more flavor. Plus, I love fruit, so this is a win-win for me.

Step 3. Time to add in the secret ingredient....Emergen-C Super Fruit in 'Triple Berry Blast' flavor! Why add it in? It's packed with 1,000 mg of Vitamin C plus other antioxidants, like Zinc and Manganese, that support your immune system*. It's an easy and delicious way to take vitamins that help support my health.

Pour the entire packet into the cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake up the mixture and pour it all into a glass. Top off the glass with club soda and you're done! If you want, feel free to garnish with raspberries and/or mint.

Now, you're finished! Sit back and enjoy your delicious and refreshing drink. You'll be surprised by the Triple Berry Blast flavor. It gives the drink a flavor boost that you'll love! If you're interested, check other Emergen-C recipes for more ideas.

I like to get my Emergen-C from my local Walgreens. It's just a block away from where I live, so it's extremely convenient. Everyone else must've had the same idea because the shelf was practically empty when I went!
